The furniture manufacturing company recently joined the growing community of Hungarian businesses committed to conducting their activities with the smallest possible environmental footprint. In our upcoming case study, we would like to present the positive changes that the installed solar system brings to the mentioned company’s operations. We will explain how we helped optimize the company’s electricity expenses and find the perfect solar system. Additionally, we will showcase the factors that guided our client’s decision-making process.
The furniture manufacturing company reached out to us because they wanted to minimize their electricity expenses, but they wanted to do it in an environmentally friendly way. Due to the high energy prices, it’s not surprising that even larger companies are increasingly concerned about energy efficiency and, along with it, renewable energy. Not to mention the increasingly favorable payback period, which makes renewable energy investments even more appealing for businesses.
Following a preliminary consultation, our colleagues conducted precise measurements on-site, which served as a basis for planning of the most optimal solar panel system for the user, as well as determining how much would be advisable to install to achieve the desired effect, taking into account the budget to be allocated.
After the surveys, the system size was designed, taking into account consumption data and the available roof area. Based on the quantity of solar panels that can be placed, the size of the inverters was also determined. In addition to the measurements, drone footage is also taken, which plays a significant role in the creation of the visual plan.
What is the exact purpose of a solar power system today?
First and foremost, the goal is for our client’s investment in renewable energy to pay off within a relatively short timeframe. Additionally, it’s important to minimize utility expenses while ensuring that it doesn’t disrupt the comfort level and is also environmentally friendly.
